The Department of Educational Psychology and counseling, National Taiwan Normal University (hereinafter referred to as EPC and NTNU) and the Multicultural Center/ Department of Educational, School, and Counseling Psychology in the College of Education at the University of Missouri (MU) (hereinafter referred to as ESCP, COE, and MU) aim to enhance mutual cooperation, improve abilities including counseling psychology, educational psychology, language and cultural competence, professional work and research experience, promote academic exchanges, and expand students’ international perspectives. Therefore, the following agreement is signed:
