The University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi would like to invite you to submit papers and attend the international conference "The 5th Hanoi Forum on Pedagogical and Educational Science" - HaFPES 2025.
HaFPES is an educational forum organized annually by VNU University of Education. Up to now, the forum has gone through 4 seasons and achieved many successes as well as made a big splash in the domestic and international academic community. At the same time, the Proceedings with ISSN index is a prestigious scientific product, highly appreciated by many authors and experts. This year, HaFPES 2025 is back and ready to receive abstracts and full-text articles from you. 1. Topics: HaFPES 2025 focuses on 06 main topics: Topic 1: State management and governance of educational institutions according to the two-tier local government model in Vietnam; Topic 2: Application of educational technology and artificial intelligence in building a smart education ecosystem: Opportunities and challenges; Topic 3: Measurement and evaluation in education in the context of artificial intelligence development; Topic 4: Cognitive neuroscience, Education and Student Well-being: Interdisciplinary dialogue; Topic 5: Innovation in general teacher training: Reshaping the role of teachers in the technology era; Topic 6: Theory and practice in early childhood education and preschool & primary education: Towards sustainable education and comprehensive development of children. 2. Submission papers. Authors register to send abstracts to the Forum's email: hafpes@vnu.edu.vn * Deadline for abstracts: July 10, 2025; * Deadline for full papers: August 10, 2025; * Deadline for full papers after review: 01 week after receiving review results; * Deadline for registration: September 10, 2025. The registration link will be sent to you 1 week before the conference. * After receiving the abstracts, the Organizing Committee will email the author and guide the process of submitting the full paper as well as receiving and returning the review results. 3.
